PADI Freediving courses in Antiparos

Freediving is perfect for unbreakable spirits with a thirst for discovering the mysteries of the sea and testing their own limits.

The PADI Freediver course (beginner level) is an introduction to the underwater world. With this course, you will have held your breath for 90 seconds, swum for 25 meters, and dived down to a minimum of 10 meters.

For the Advanced Freediver course, you will have held your breath for 2 and a half minutes, you will have swam for 50 meters and made a vertical dive to 20 meters. For this option, you need to have passed the First Aid (including CPR) course within the last 2 years. If not, it can be included as part of the course package.

Location
Your instructor will choose the spots of your freediving. One thing is certain: Antiparos offers beautiful, crystal-clear, light blue or turquoise waters and vivid marine life, so your freediving there is totally worth it.

What to expect
You will get the appropriate training and theory about pressure, techniques, and discipline during your breath-hold dives. At first, you will get a led classroom session, then a confined water session and finally open water sessions.
