Practical information

Total duration of the activity: 1.5 days. From 9.00-14.00 and then half a day.

Duration of the sports practice only: Approximately 1 day.

Activity requirements

You need to have no severe medical conditions.

A medical questionnaire has to be filled upon arrival.

You need to have taken the First Aid Course (including CPR) within the last two years, and the PADI Freediver Course or Equivalent.

Special terms
Please note you are not allowed to fly for up to 24 hours after your last dive.
