When you arrive at the starting point, you'll meet your expert guide. He will provide you with the necessary equipment: crampons, harness and ice axe. He'll explain how the activity works and the safety instructions to be followed.

You will then board a 4x4 truck to reach the Falljökull glacier. On the way, you'll be surrounded by marvellous panoramas, some of which have been used as film locations (Interstellar, Game of Thrones, etc.). Once the journey is over, you'll begin your hike of around 7km and 250m of ascent.

Your guide will tell you how glaciers are formed and other interesting facts about the region during this hike in a small group of up to 8 people.
