After a safety and itinerary briefing, the fun begins! With your backpack and your hiking poles in hand, you'll follow your guide along a gravel road to reach the first awe-inspiring viewpoint of the trail. Then, the journey continues on a hiking trail, alternating between rocky terrain, dirt paths, and boardwalks over swamp areas. While hiking in Hardangerfjord, you'll observe several picture-perfect lakes and viewpoints offering awe-inspiring panoramas of Hardangerfjord. Don't forget your camera!

This hiking trail is labelled as 'moderately difficult'.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time.
The departure point is at the parking lot in Røte. You drive from Lofthus to Kinsarvik, by the Esso Gas Station, you will find a turn-off to the right with the sign 'Dronningstien', and follow this road to the end until you arrive at the parking area where you will meet the guide.
