Practical information
The technical difficulty of this canyoning excursion will be adapted to each group's abilities and the level of adrenaline you might want. Jumps can be modified and abseils are always available.

All participants must be able to swim.
Minors must have authorization from their parents.
Please mind that weather can affect the activity.
A minimum of 4 people is required for this activity to take place.
If you suffer from vertigo (not fear of heights), canyoning is not necessarily recommended.
Good physical condition is essential for canyoning. The minimum requirement is to be able to walk easily for 2 hours on difficult terrain, and to have stable feet.
You must wear one pair of sports shoes (without flat soles) for the canyoning activity. Shoes will get wet, so don't forget to take a second pair of shoes to change into after the activity.
