Course of events

- Begin the ascent of the steepest hill on the hike, Gryteskar

Activity requirements

Please note that all participants must be in good physical condition.

In addition, a minimum of 2 people is required to run this tour.

This activity is not suitable for those with knee problems.

Please inform your guide of any medical conditions that may impact the tour.

Wearing several layers of warm clothing and wool socks, as well as a hearty packed lunch with many snacks and water is highly recommended.

Conditions in the mountains can vary quite a bit in the winter months. For this reason, you may not be able to go to certain photo points. As a participant in this tour, you are obliged to follow any safety decision made by your guide.

This tour's duration is 8 to 12 hours.

In addition, the total distance is 20-28 km (12-17 miles) with an ascent of 800-1,200 metres (2,624-3,937 feet).
