- Start the day at the rental shop at the Mt Sima Ski Hill, located 15 minutes outside of Whitehorse.
- Select your equipment for the day.
- Once you are packed and ready, the drive to the trailhead is approximately 1 hour.
- From the trailhead, there is a 40 minute hike on a snowy trail. Be prepared to carry a heavy pack containing ice axes, crampons, and your food and water for the day.
- Once you reach your destination, you will take a short break to hydrate and learn a few basic ice climbing techniques.
