Based around Lac Saint-Jean, H2O welcomes you to their complex which has a bar, picnic tables, a changing room, toilets, a volleyball court, table football and a climbing wall! So you can enjoy a nice afternoon on the lake shore.

But H2O is especially eager to take you to discover the white water streams of Quebec. Go canyoning or rafting in one of the many canyons of the province! With over 30 years of experience and experienced instructors, you can enjoy these fun activities in complete safety!
