PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course from Paradise Beach in Mykonos

Mykonos is a Greek island located in the Aegean Sea. This course takes place from Paradise Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Mykonos. The waters around the island are clear and warm during the summer months with lots of marine life, creating optimal conditions for scuba diving!

This PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is only for those who have completed an Open Water Diver course or equivalent and are certified to dive to a maximum depth of 18 metres (59 feet). The course will take place over 3 days (or an intensive 2 days). Upon arrival at the dive centre at Paradise Beach, you will meet the certified instructor. During this course, you'll learn about the new dimensions of diving and discover the best dive spots around Mykonos!

Throughout the course, you'll complete private theoretical sessions in shallow waters. Then, you'll embark on 5 open water dives, in which you will focus on 5 different specialities. Two of the specialities will be 'Deep Dive' and ' Navigation Dive', and you can choose the other three yourself. In a group, you'll travel to unique dive sites located close to Paradise Beach.

While performing the open water dives, you'll explore underwater reefs, wrecks, caves, and walls, discovering the island's fascinating marine life. You may encounter species such as colourful fish, lobsters, octopuses, sea urchins, and moray eels! At the end of the 3-day course, you'll receive your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certificate, allowing you to dive to a maximum depth of 30 metres (100 feet) anywhere in the world.
