Castellon is the northernmost province of Valencia and the second most mountainous of Spain and blending with a large coastline of amazing white-sand beaches. The coast of this beautiful province is also called Costa del Azahar (Orange Blossom Coast).

The spot is not only famous for its 120km Balearic Sea coastline, but also for its Valencian Mountains. Through the rockiest shores of the Coast you can find that is filled with coves, creeks and cliffs that overlook the Natural Park of Columbretes Islands.

Scuba divers rejoice! This is one of the most amazing natural paradises for you to immerse in the depths of the sea. Another cool option would be coasteering or climbing in the cliffs that overlook the turquoise Mediterranean waters.

Here you can enjoy of a wide variety of extreme sports and adrenaline activities. The beaches of the capital give travellers the opportunity to have jet ski adventures, SUP excursions around the coves or kitesurfing courses. You name it, the city has it!

For those who love to have their head up in the clouds, don’t hesitate to experience the thrill of a helicopter ride. Piloting an ultralight aircraft or a paraglider… or if you feel like more intense sensation, you can always enrol in a skydiving course.

The down-to-earth adventurers can have trekking excursions in the paths of the Natural Park Desierto de Las Palmas. It was declared as a natural park by the Valencian government back in 1989. Climbers can enjoy climbing the vertical walls of Bartolo Peak. You will have marvellous views of Les Santes mountain range and the sea.
